Pet odors and stains can be a real problem which most so called "professional" cleaners do not know how to remove effectively. As with most people, they think that simply cleaning and deodorizing the carpet will take care of it when in fact this will actually make the problem worse. It is necessary to effectively get to the source of the odor, which is usually located in the carpet backing and padding. Our process is designed so that you do not have to remove your furniture and pull back your carpet (in most cases). With our sub-surface extraction process, we are able to treat the effected areas through the top of the carpet and extract the contamination out without disrupting your household too much. In severe cases, it may be necessary to return for a second treatment, but even so, you will find this process to be very cost effective and less frustrating than the alternative.
